What to Expect: Pay, Fees & Training

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, meaning you’ll manage your own taxes and enjoy flexible work options. Here's how compensation works:

• Access to Jobs
  Once enrolled, you’ll gain access to all available opportunities on the Arise platform, and you will be able to pick the opportunity that best matches your interests and needs.

• No Tax Withholding
  As a contractor, taxes are not withheld from your pay. You will be responsible for filing your own taxes. We recommend you contact a tax professional for guidance on withholding and business deductions.

• Administrative Fee
  A $60 total fee per paycheck is deducted to cover administrative costs.

  • This includes the $20 Arise platform fee.

• Paid Training
  You’ll be compensated during training at a reduced rate until you are certified and in production.

  • During this period, we will withhold a lower fee of $35 per paycheck, which includes the $20 fee that is required to use the Arise platform.

• Payment Schedule
  All remaining earnings are paid twice monthly.
